How does remote monitoring work?
Download the app to your smartphone, take pictures and videos of your teeth from anywhere and send them to your orthodontist through the app. It’s as easy as one, two, three.
Here’s how it works:
With your personalized app, ScanBox, and cheek retractors we provide, you take and send scans of your smile to your doctor weekly.
Your doctor reviews your scans and provides updates and instructions via text without an in-person appointment. You can text questions through the app and notify your doctor of any issues with treatment.
Monitor your smile transformation along the way through the app. Your progress is updated every time you take a new scan. How cool is that?
Don’t feel super confident with technology? Don’t worry. At the beginning of your treatment when you get your supplies, we give you step-by-step instructions to navigate the app.
After your initial consultation, you’ll only come to the office to pick up aligners and for periodic check-ins as needed.
